Licensed Electrician

Ash Electric is an established and growing electrical contracting company with a strong reputation for quality and professionalism. We are currently seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Licensed Electrician to join our team. Positions are available in the field for Foremen and Project Supervisors, as well as in the office for a Project Manager. We also have opportunities for individuals seeking a combination of both field and office work. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and the National Electrical Code.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for assigned projects, balancing productivity with quality and safety.
• Review and interpret construction documents, submittals, and change orders; communicate necessary information to field crews.
• Work closely with estimators, project managers, and office staff to maintain accurate job costing, labor tracking, and purchase order records.
• Schedule and coordinate with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, and vendors to meet project milestones.
• Conduct safety meetings, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Monitor progress and submit field reports, photos, and updates through company software platforms (SharePoint, Power Apps, CompanyCam, etc.).
• Verify material deliveries and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Review and approve employee time entries, verifying coding to the correct project and task. Support and enforce company policies, core values, and performance expectations on all jobsites.
• Communicate effectively with customers, general contractors, and internal team members to resolve field issues promptly.
• Assist with project close-out, punch lists, as-built documentation, and warranty follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency, cost control, and safety practices. Represent Ash Electric in a professional manner, maintaining clean jobsites, respectful communication, and dependable leadership.

Qualifications

• Vermont Master Electricians License
• New Hampshire Master Electricians License or the ability to reciprocate.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in the electrical field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a foreman, supervisor, or project manager.
• Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret the NEC, specifications, drawings, and manuals.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and project requirements.
