We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. This position is currently part-time, but could possibly lead to a full time position in the future. The right candidate will be comfortable with daily bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative duties in the office. This candidate should be comfortable with:
- Recording daily bookkeeping transactions.
- Payroll
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Filing and maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling.
- Using Excel spreadsheets.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Communicating with customers, vendors, and team members.
